We are thrilled to share our learning community with you throughout the admissions process.  TriBeCa Community School is a welcoming and engaging place for young children to discover and explore their interests and construct knowledge through exciting and enriching experiences. Our warm, nurturing, and bright teachers work and learn alongside the children while providing a supportive environment in which children thrive.

Application Process for the 2024-25 School Year


Step 1 Submit an Application

Click HERE to submit your application via SchoolAdmin.

Step 2 Take a Tour

Once an application is submitted, parents can access a calendar via their parent portal on SchoolAdmin to schedule an in-person tour of the school. Tours will be held during the school day or on select Saturdays.

Step 3 Join a Play Group

Parents will also be able to schedule a play group session. A small group of 6 children and one caregiver will have the opportunity to explore a 2s classroom and get to know our staff, program, and one another. Each session will last 30 minutes and will be facilitated by a TCS teacher.

Important Dates & Deadlines

September 5, 2023 Application is available
November 15, 2023 Sibling Applications are due
December 15, 2023 All Applications are due
February 29, 2024 Admissions notifications are emailed
March 7, 2024 Deadline for Parents to notify us of enrollment

Age Requirements

For the 2024-2025 Year:

2-year-olds: Born in 2022 (children born 9/1-12/31 may begin when they turn 2)
3-year-olds: Born in 2021
4-year-olds: Born 9/1/2019 - 12/31/2020

Children enrolled beyond 12pm eat lunch at school (brought from home) and our extended day options do not include a nap. More details regarding the schedule will be shared during the Information Sessions and Tours.
